Kalilangan Festival: Kadsagayan Streetdancing Competition

The Kalilangan Festival is an annual celebration held in General Santos City, Philippines, which features a range of cultural activities, including the Kadsagayan Streetdancing Competition. During the competition, different groups from various barangays (villages) in the city compete in a colorful and lively street dance contest, showcasing the rich cultural heritage and traditions of the Mindanao region. The performers wear bright costumes and execute intricate dance routines that draw inspiration from the indigenous tribes of Mindanao. The competition aims to promote cultural preservation, encourage unity among communities, and display the creativity and talents of the people of General Santos City. The event has gained popularity among locals and tourists, attracting a significant number of spectators annually.

I'm excited to share some of my best photos from the Kadsagayan Streetdancing Competition, showcasing the vibrant and lively street dance performances in General Santos City. These photos are also uploaded on my Facebook (https://bit.ly/KadsagayanSDC) for your viewing pleasure.
