After temporarily closing to undergo post-earthquake safety assessments, SM Supermarket Gensan has officially resumed regular operations starting June 18, 2026, following the completion of all required inspections and the issuance of the necessary clearances and permits.



The reopening marks an important step in restoring access to essential goods for the people of General Santos City. With customer and employee safety remaining its top priority, SM Supermarket Gensan is once again ready to provide families with food, water, groceries, and other everyday necessities in a safe shopping environment.

Customers may visit the store during the following operating hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Friday to Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

For those who prefer to shop from home, SM Supermarket Gensan's online shopping service remains available, making grocery shopping even more convenient.
